1. Meet & Greet 🐾

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll schedule a meet and greet! This is a great opportunity for us to meet you and your fur baby, get acquainted, and go over any special needs or preferences your pet may have. During this visit, you’ll also have the chance to show me around your home, walk me through your pet’s daily routine, and point out important things such as food, treats, medications, leashes, and anything else your pet may need while you're away. My goal is to make sure both you and your fur baby feel comfortable and confident before the sitting begins!

3. Home Care & Extra Help 🏡

While staying in your home and caring for your pet, I am also happy to help with a few household tasks to give you extra peace of mind while you're away. This includes bringing in your mail, collecting packages, and taking out the trash on your scheduled trash day. If you are expecting any deliveries that require a signature, please let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.

2. My Schedule & Daily Care 🐾

I work full-time at a veterinary clinic, so before your booking begins, I will go over my work schedule with you to ensure we have a routine that works best for you and your pet. On days when I work a double shift, I will make arrangements to return to your home during my lunch break to let your pet outside for potty breaks, provide fresh food or water if needed, and spend some quality time giving them love and attention. If your pet is fully vaccinated, comfortable in public settings, and enjoys being around new people, I may also have the option of bringing them with me to the veterinary clinic, as this is permitted. This would be discussed and approved with you beforehand. My priority is to make sure your pet receives plenty of attention, care, and companionship while maintaining their normal routine as much as possible.

4. Departure Day & Home Clean-Up 🧺

On the final day of your pet's stay, I always make it a priority to leave your home clean, tidy, and just as I found it. I will clean up any areas I have used during my stay and take care of the bedding and linens I have used. If you have specific instructions for your bedding, please let me know ahead of time. Whether you prefer me to wash and remake the bed, use a particular cleaning service or detergent, or simply leave the bedding in the laundry room, guest room, or master bedroom, I am happy to follow your preferences.

My goal is to make your return home as stress-free as possible. I want you to be able to walk through the door, enjoy being reunited with your fur baby, and focus on settling back in after your vacation without having a long list of household chores waiting for you!
